Q: How do I pay for an item I have ordered? 

Pay cash on delivery (only available in Pakistan) when the item is shipped to your home; charges vary depending on your location. 

Pay in advance using your credit card or an do an online bank transfer (once your order has been confirmed, details will be provided on WhatsApp). 

Select office appointment at checkout and come in to our office to see your item(s) before buying (this is valid for Karachi only).

Q: How do I sell something on Secret Stash?

Contact us via WhatsApp at 0323-8223055 with photos and details of your items and we will guide you accordingly. 

Do keep in mind as a curated platform, we require all items to be sent to us in Karachi where we check for authenticity and condition before they get listed with us. 

We keep a fixed 30% commission and all items must be discounted even if new.

Q: What is your return/ refund policy?

All sales are final and we have a strict NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy. 

Be sure to check all details in terms of size, measurements and condition before placing your order.

All orders are confirmed by our team prior to being shipped. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled after 1 working day. 

Q: Will people know if I have bought or sold something on Secret Stash? 

We have a strict privacy policy where Secret Stash will not reveal a buyer or seller's identity or personal information. We respect our customers' right to anonymity and it is a core value of our business. 

Q: How do I know what the condition of an item for sale is? 

Detailed descriptions of the condition are clearly mentioned for each item listed on the website along with close-up pictures and a rating score.

Q: What do your categories mean?

Secret Stash has the following 4 condition categories: 

Brand New: The item has never been used with no visible marks of wear. Sometimes it may have a mark or two from storage. and in most cases will  have its original tags in place.  

Like New: The item may have been used once or twice and will have minimal signs of wear or is unworn with the price tag just missing.

Gently Used: The item is used but in excellent condition and will have a few signs of wear that aren't very noticeable.

Pre Loved: The item has been used and has signs of visible wear which will be clearly mentioned.
